Share Your Gratitude – *The Contest*

I never intended to turn November into the month of gratitude. It just sort of happened and it feels right. November is the right month for appreciation. Don’t you think?

Gratitude just sort of fell from the sky into my lap this week.

Have I mentioned that I am loving working with textures as of late?!

Today I joined the 30 days of gratitude group on flickr.  A photography project where I’ll be posting a photo a day on flickr for the month of November of the things I am most grateful for. Don’t worry I won’t post them here everyday. The daily bloggings will be coming to an end after today. I think. I’ve just been so inspired this week I’ve wanted to share it all with you! I hope you don’t mind!

But I digress…back to gratitude.

Today I am grateful for you, my blog readers. And so is Memolio. Remember them? They sell these cute little brag book albums with your images!

Memolio and I are so grateful for you as a matter of fact that they are partnering with me to reward 5 of my lucky blog readers! I am totally loving that I get to have a contest to show my gratitude for you and I hope you’ll enter.

Now on to the most important question.

What do you get?

The 5 winners will each receive a gift certificate to create their own memolio album of 24 of their images FOR FREE! All the winners will have to do is visit their site, upload 24 images, tweak the layout, and voila! memolio will ship the winners their album speedy quick (maybe even in time for Thanksgiving!)

How do you Enter?

I think its pretty easy, and you can increase your chances by following the simple steps below.

To Enter:

  1. Start by commenting on this blog to the following question: Who you would make a memolio album for with your winnings? Yourself? Your significant other? Your parents? Grandparents? A friend? Why are they so deserving of a memolio album?
  2. Double your chances to win by linking this giveaway (copy and paste this link http://bellarose-photography.com/?p=228) on your own public blog or send out the link through Facebook or Twitter, then come back and comment that you’ve done it and you’ll be entered a second time into the drawing!
  3. Triple your chances, by becoming a fan on the official Bella Rose Photography Facebook page (see link to the right) or following “bellarosephotog” on Twitter (http://twitter.com/bellarosephotog).  Become a fan or become a follower and then come back and comment that you’ve done it and you’ll be entered a third time into the drawing!
  4. Keep your fingers crossed! There are 5 prizes!

    I would definitely make a memolio album for my significant other (a.k.a. husband). It would be the perfect brag book for him to keep in his briefcase. My subjects would be our beautiful daughters since they are his favorite people to brag about.

  • I would probably make one for myself. My 365 is almost over and I would love to create a brag book of some of my favorite shots. I have learned so much about myself and about photography that I would love to use memolio as a means of sharing some of what I have done and have been so proud of this past year.

    I would love to create a memolio for my parents. A nice little brag book of their kids/grandkids. Great holiday gift! They deserve a nice reward like a memolio.

    I would make a memolio album for my husband. He loves to brag about our daughter and this would be the perfect way, since he does not carry a purse and can't carry a large photo album with him :-) A memolio would fit in his pocket.

  • My good friend Cole has a super adorable little house with great lighting and she always lets me whip out my camera and wander around whenever I visit. So, I'd love to make her a little book that contains all of the photos I've taken of her and her living space.

    I think I would make one for my best friend, because he's seen me through a lot of hard times and we've had a lot of fun times too. However he doesn't own a computer (doesn't even have an email address!!!) so doesn't get to see half of the stuff I create, and there's some nice stuff that I think he'd really enjoy, some funky stuff and other stuff that's memories of things we've done together :)

I don't think he knows how much I appreciate him and I'll be getting married soon so I want him to make sure he knows I'm still and always will be Daddy's Little Girl and no man could ever take the place of all the things he done for me :-) Ok getting sappy now, I'll stop lol.

    So exciting! I would make one for my grandmother as a Christmas gift - she doesn't have email and thus doesn't get to share in all the photos that I can post online for other family members. We send her pics via a printer email system... but she'd be thrilled to have one of these albums of her great grandkids!

  • I would love to win a litte brag book like this to share with my best friend. She celebrated her 40th birthday this past summer and her mom bought me a ticket to fly there to surprise her. After that, we all spent a week in Canada making new memories. My brag book would include memories from that trip, of course!!!

    I just found out about this contest via Life of Belle

    I don't enter contests but after seeing my Dad for the 1st time in years today and thinking ... he is getting old; we need to spend more time together; I don't have any pictures of him; and I don't have pictures of us together ... I think this is as good a time as any to start.

    With my winnings, I would like to make a memolio album for my "mixed"family. Though things are not, for lack of a better word, "cool" with us, I love each and everyone of them some kind of fiercely. I don't have pictures of my biological dad & I, my biological mom & I, my little sister & I, and my little step Bothers & I. As a matter of fact, my families know little to nothing of each other. And I want to remedy that. They don't have to like to each other but I want them to understand that their love for me ties them all together. So I want to create a memlio album that has pictures of me and with each one of them. I want them to see each other but most importantly, I them to see me happy with them and the "others" in my life. And those are who I would use my wining on and why I would use it on them.

    I think I would definitely make a Memolio for either my mom to have as a brag book or for my husband to keep at work. He is always talking about me and our cats with his coworkers and he needs some new photographs to put on his desk...they're a bit outdated I'd say.

    Beryl, I would most liking make a memolio album for myself if I were to win. I love taking pictures myself, scrapbooking, and referring back to my pictures and albums often. This memolio is a fun way to to share your pictures. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I am one of the lucky winners!!!!! BTW .. I am already a fan of Bella Rose Photograph. :-)

    Nothing like waiting until the last minute :-)

    I would make memolio albums for my family full of pictures of our little Danny (though, maybe I should fill it YOUR pictures of my little guy since they are basically amazing). I think that it would make a great gift - especially for my FIL. He lives out of his pockets, and this would be a nice sturdy thing for him to keep in his pockets for when the time comes for bragging.
